Oliver was a big lover of the New Years’ festival and was present during the incident on the main avenue, Oliver would have been crushed by the building if he hadn’t been transported to the world of Cursed Stone.

He was partying with his friends, came to consume at the cafeteria where Alex worked, and was returning to meet his friends when suddenly the building collapsed. Before he could think of anything, Oliver threw himself on top of two children in order to protect them from the falling debris and save their lives.

After that Oliver simply appeared in another world, his snack turned into a sword, and his drink into a shield, he thought he had died and was in the afterlife. When he turned around he found Alex there, dressed as a wizard and with a staff in his hand.
